Charge on personal development and importance of learning how to turn waste to wealth by Mrs. Jumoke Olowookere

The Ennovators visited St Michael's Anglican Grammar School on February 26, 2020, for the intervention project training on turning waste into wealth. The CEO/Creative Director, African Creative Hub, Mrs Jumoke Olowookere was invited as the special guest to speak to the students on how to turn waste into wealth.
The project aimed to enlighten the students on different ways to turn waste into wealth, especially turning waste plastic into reusable products.
Mrs Jumoke Olowookere explained to the students the importance of being able to recycle waste plastic, tires, and nylon because they are not biodegradable. She showed examples of products made from waste, such as a necklace made from the cover of plastic bottles, earrings made from the cork of wine, a chandelier made with disposable cups, etc.
Mrs Jumoke Olowookere made demonstrations to the students on how to make bangles, necklaces, and brushes, which left them in awe. She encouraged the school to come for the competition coming up on .... and advised the students to be creative and make small projects for themselves or their family.
The school management and the students responded by expressing their appreciation and enthusiasm towards the upcoming competition.
The organization's team members who participated were: Mr Kingsley, Mr and Mrs Omilani, Miss Amarachi, Mr Tosin, and Miss Ijeoma.
